Aluminum-plastic sheet silo for automatic cartoning machine

The aluminum-plastic plate silo of the automatic cartoning machine has two groups of front and rear. Each group has two silos of upper and lower layers, and its structural shape is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. First install the lower silo. When installing, the position of the servo motor on the lower layer is used as the reference. The square welded to the left side of the silo can be fixed in the long slot on the right side of the longitudinal beam on the left side of the rack. Install the upper silo. When the position of the silo below is the reference.

The mounting frame of the lower aluminum-plastic composite silo is connected to the equipment frame through the bearing seat, and the lower part is connected by the swing rod and the shaft to the bearing seat, the lower end of the swing rod is connected with the cam linkage mechanism, the aluminum plastic sheet silo and the transmission The organization is shown in Figure 3. Under the control of the cam linkage mechanism, the lower silo will swing left and right with the device synchronously. The left longitudinal beam is fixed to the shaft and the swing rod, and the right longitudinal beam is fixed between the two transverse beams connected to the left longitudinal beam and the swing rod (the right longitudinal beam is on the transverse beam) The left and right positions can be adjusted according to the product size to meet the production requirements of multi-size products). The lower silo is fixed on the right side of the longitudinal beam on the left side, and one off-feed servo motor is fixed on the outer side of the two longitudinal beams, and one unloading device is fixed on the servo motor. The upper aluminum-plastic plate silo and the longitudinal beam (the upper layer has only one beam) are fixed together with the frame, the silo is mounted on the right side of the longitudinal beam, and the detector is installed on the left side. These components together form a blanking mechanism that completes the storage and release of the aluminum-plastic blister sheets.
