The working process of the aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine : the medical film (hard piece) is heated and softened to a plastic state by heating, and after the blister is sucked out by the vacuum negative pressure on the molding die roll, the packaged article is filled into the blister by the filling device. Then, a single-sided adhesive-coated aluminum foil is covered on the blister through a heat-sealing roller at a suitable temperature and pressure, so that the packaged articles are respectively sealed in the blister, and then set by the typing embossing device. The position is marked with a lot number and the tear line is pressed out, and finally punched into a certain size of the packaging plate by a punching device.
