Analysis of the carton conveying mechanism of the cartoning machine
The carton conveying mechanism of the automatic cartoning machine is composed of a conveyor chain and claws, and the claws are evenly mounted on the conveyor chain. Both the A side and the B side of the carton transport mechanism are provided with a main transport chain and a sub transport chain, and the four carton transport chains are arranged in parallel and respectively mesh with the corresponding main and secondary sprockets. A carton card slot is formed between two adjacent claws on each of the main and auxiliary conveyor chains, and a carton holder is formed between the carton slots on both sides, as shown in the following figure.

According to the operation process of the open box molding process, when the carton blank is taken out from the carton and pre-opened, the carton is placed on the carton transport mechanism, and the carton holder is fully opened, and then the carton is completed. The conveying mechanism is transported to the next station. This can be done for cartons of different sizes, so the carton holder on the carton transport mechanism can be adjusted along the length and width of the carton.

When the width dimension of the carton is changed, the size of the card slot formed by the claws on the main and auxiliary carton conveyor chains on both sides needs to be adjusted by adjusting the two carton conveyor chains on each side to be relatively staggered. In the carton conveyor chain on each side, the main carton conveyor chain that meshes with the main sprocket is fixed, and the sub-carton conveyor chain that meshes with the sub-sprocket can be adjusted, thus changing the main sprocket and the sub-sprocket The relative rotation angle between the two can achieve the purpose of adjusting the size of the carton slot.
