Technical characteristics
1. Main drive: The main motor is located at the back for easy maintenance. Synchronous belt drive replaces the chain drive to reduce oil pollution.
2. Rail rack installation method: the box rail rack cantilever installation, if the medicine falls during the operation of the machine, the medicine will fall directly under the rail rack for easy cleaning.
3. Mould base installation and adjustment: the lathe guide rail and gear rack adjustment method are used, and positioner and ruler are used to judge the adjustment position.

Six, flat automatic blister packaging machine operating procedures:
1. The green indicator light is on when the power is turned on, and the two heating switches for forming up and down and heat sealing are turned on respectively. The temperature controller controls the forming temperature, which is generally preset to 1009C, and the second temperature controller controls the heat seal, and the temperature is preset to 130C ~ 1409C. Upper and lower molding and heat-sealing temperature controller preset temperature; specifics are determined as appropriate.
2. Lower the pressure block on the starting roller, the temperature of the forming heating plate is in place, and then turn on the main machine. The plastic PVC is formed first. The forming bubble is in line with the hole position of the heat sealing mold. The aluminum foil will drive to the interception. Observe whether the plastic (referring to the new PVC surface of the board) is shifted left and right. If there is a deviation, adjust the lead roller base to move the lead direction.
3. If the aluminum foil is deflected left and right, the adjustable joint roller seat handwheel can be adjusted. If the front-back deviation is adjustable, the cabinet moves.
4. After the heat-sealing and loading are normal, open the feeder switch and shutter appropriately, so that medicines (tablets, capsules, and grain coats) can enter the feeding chamber in an appropriate amount. If there is a small amount of cylinder material, it can be filled manually. If the medicine is brought into the heat, When sealing the mold, it will seriously affect the synchronization. It should be adhered to the mold when the aluminum foil is sealed.
5. Due to the increase of drug weight, the aluminum foil pulling force and the temperature of the machine change gradually, which may cause the molding and heat sealing to be out of sync. If it is advanced or lagging, first check whether the plastic PVC and aluminum foil are shaded, and then use the fine adjustment mechanism on the machine to adjust. The fine-tuning mechanism is adjusted backwards or backwards due to the adjustment distance of the mold. See Figure (2). Therefore, it should be placed in the neutral position before starting. It can be moved forward or backward. It can also be adjusted by the movement of the front box. After the correct movement, the board must wait. It's correct after walking through more than a dozen editions, so don't mess around with it when you're not done.
6. The heat sealing quality of plastic and aluminum foil (even, firm and flat bonding) is evidenced by the temperature or pressure and the flatness of the screen. Finally, adjust the screw pressure.
7. The punching is off-set, and the layout is cut off, as shown in Figure (3). Stop the machine to move the manual adjustment box, and the mold can be shifted. .
8. In daily operation knowledge, you must understand the structure principle of the machine for the operation. The cam drives the roller of the jack seat, the up and down stroke, the position of the upper cover template is fixed, and the blister is in a bad state. Pay attention to the lower forming mold or heat seal At the top dead center, fix the column nut tightly. If you don't pay attention, it will be prone to failure.

Seven, flat automatic blister packaging machine matters needing attention:
1. Please read this manual carefully before operating and using. In case of incorrect operation and damage to the machine.
2. Check whether the ground levelness is balanced before installation.
3. Connect the ground wire at the location specified by the grounding label.
4. Full-time personnel training operation and maintenance.
5. The machine should be kept tidy.
6.Each part of the machine must be refueled before production (refer to the provisions of the operation)
7. When the machine leaves the factory, the transmission case strap must be lubricated. It must be refueled before production.
8. It is suggested that the machine should be an oil-free air compressor.
9, the molding, heat sealing, indentation and other parts of the pressure should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the service life. There should be a margin of about one millimeter in the formed and indented cushion.
10. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to touch the running parts (especially the longitudinal seal and horizontal seal heating parts) by hand to ensure the safety of people and the machine.

Eight, flat plate automatic blister packaging machine troubleshooting:
(I) Poor foam forming:
A. Possible phenomena:
a) Excessive air flow in the place:
b) the temperature of the heating zone is too low or too high;
c) the cooling water flow is too large, taking away too much heat;
d) The air pressure should not be too early or too late:
e) Pay attention to the water stored in the air filter valve:
f) The exhaust hole of the lower mold is blocked;
g) Air leakage between the upper and lower die planes;
h) Poor quality of PVC plastic.
B. Corresponding solution:
a) reduce ventilation flow;
b Properly adjust and control the temperature according to the temperature controller (voltage control as much as possible);
c) adjusting water valve to control water flow;
d) Correct the position of the air release valve of the machine and maintain the air pressure--Generally: 0.6 ~ 0.8MPA: e) Normally check that the air filter valve must be cleared:
f) Unblocking with a steel needle:
g) re-molding, surface grinding is required;
h) Change plastic.

 (2) Asynchronous operation (refers to the failure of the forming blister to accurately enter the hole position of the heat-seal mold):
A. Possible phenomena:
a) The forming die and heat seal are not an integer multiple of the stroke;
b) The operating air pressure guide is too large and too small:
c) The forming and heat-sealing mold is cold;
d) There is an obstacle between the forming mold and the heat sealing mold:
e) The plastic bearing shaft does not rotate well and the temperature of the heat sealing mold is too high.

B. Corresponding solution:
a) Adjust the mold movement and the box movement.
b) Adjust the guide shaft and add mechanical oil to the guide shaft:
c) Moderately increase the amount of cold water:
d) Check whether there is any obstruction during feeding to heat sealing operation. Pay attention to the gap between the feeding machine and the board surface:
e) Clean or replace the bearing and reduce the temperature of the heat seal.

(3) Wrinkling and offset of aluminum foil:
A. Possible phenomena:
a) The aluminum foil and the PVC plastic are unevenly bonded (not parallel);
b) The vertical line of the aluminum foil turning stick and the PVC plastic sheet are not perpendicular:
c) netting with rust and dirt;
d) The anilox plate and the mold do not match well, and the aluminum foil adhesive layer is uneven.

B. Corresponding solution:
a) Tear the aluminum foil, adjust the position and re-adhere;
b) Adjusting the pad stop and turning roller bracket and correcting the mold do not meet:
c) Clean with wire side or sharpen with a saw blade:
d) Use two layers of aluminum foil to fold the anilox mold or oil stone to see the heat-seal condition, and polish the lower mold surface to replace the aluminum foil

(4) After the partial cutting, the heat seal is bad:
A. Possible phenomena: a) The distance between the punching die and the heat sealing die is incorrect:
b) The temperature is too low or too high, the pressure is insufficient, or the heat-sealed cylinder is misaligned;
C) Insufficient pressure or heat-sealed cylinder bias
B. Corresponding solution:
a) The overall moving die, box, and injection are all transferred when leaving the factory, taking into account factors such as transportation vibration and long-term use of displacement deformation or template replacement;
b) adjust the temperature of the temperature controller, as far as possible by the pressure to control, so that the temperature remains constant at about 140C (as appropriate);
C) Adjust and adjust the pressure of the cylinder (pressure regulating valve) and check whether the silicon rubber plate has been changed. It is replaceable and advisable. Between the copper cushioned cylinder and the heat-sealing seat (copper thick book as appropriate) (Be sure to stop top dead center when stopping)
