Analysis of the main reasons why the carton of the cartoning machine is not sucked down
First, please check the following six items one by one:

(2) The suction cup is aging and rigid;
(3) Improper adjustment of the carton stacking rack;
(4) The carton sticks;
(5) The vacuum pressure is insufficient (the original pressure is insufficient);
(6) The time of inhalation and apnea is wrong

Solution to the problem
(1) Check the pipeline carefully to prevent leakage;
(2) Replace the suction cup;
(3) Readjust the position of the carton stacking rack;
(4) Loosen the paper box or replace the paper box;
(5) Add atmospheric pressure (vacuum degree above 4 Pa);
(6) Re-adjust the inhalation time
