1. 3. Analyze the process requirements and main parameters of the pushing mechanism and the box sealing mechanism, study the quick return characteristics of the pushing mechanism and the folding process of the carton. Under the premise of meeting its process requirements and adjustable size, compare the pushing mechanism and The box sealing mechanism is simplified and innovative in structure. According to the actual carton size, determine the structure parameters of the pushing mechanism and the box sealing mechanism, carry out simulation calculations on the pushing mechanism, analyze the speed and acceleration of the contact point of the push rod and the material, the speed and acceleration are continuous, and the speed stroke coefficient K Equal to 1.23. 4. Taking medical tape packaging as the research object, develop and test a high-speed automatic cartoning machine suitable for boxes of different lengths. Perform 3D modeling and virtual simulation on the automatic cartoning machine to verify the trajectory of the suction box. Perform three-dimensional modeling of the cartoning machine as a whole to further optimize the structure of the interference part of the whole machine; trial-produce and install prototypes and carry out cartoning tests.
