① Heating part
Heat the plastic sheet to soften it for easy molding. According to the different contact methods between the heater and the sheet, there are two heating methods: direct heating and indirect heating. Direct heating is to bring the sheet into contact with the heater. The heating speed is fast, but uneven, and is suitable for heating thinner materials; indirect heating is to use radiant heat, heating close to the sheet, and the heating is thorough and uniform, but the speed is slow, suitable for thick and thin material. Depending on the heat source of the heater, there are hot air heating and thermal radiation heating. Hot air heating is to use high-temperature hot air to directly spray the surface of the heated plastic sheet. This method of heating is not efficient and not uniform enough; thermal radiation heating uses the light radiation and high temperature generated by the far infrared heater to heat the plastic sheet. High efficiency and uniformity.
②Forming part
There are two ways of blister molding, namely compression molding and blister molding. Compression molding is to use compressed air to blow the softened sheet against the mold, making it close to the four walls of the mold. The mold adopts a flat plate shape, generally intermittent transmission, continuous transmission can also be used, its molding quality is good, and it is suitable for deep and shallow blister.
Blister molding is to use a vacuum method to absorb the softened sheet on the four walls of the mold to form the cavity of the blister. Most molds use a continuous roller shape. Due to the limited suction generated by the vacuum, and the angle of the blister from the roller is limited after molding, it is only suitable for shallow blister and thinner materials.
③Filling device
For quantitative filling of medicines into the formed blister, a quantitative automatic filling device is often used.
④Heat sealing device

The aluminum foil substrate material for covering is sealed on the blister. There are two types: flat type and roller type. Flat type is used for intermittent conveying, and roller type is used for continuous conveying.
