The product and manual pushing device of the high-speed automatic cartoning machine is composed of product push rods, sliders, rails, bearings and chains, as shown in the figure.
Its main function is to push the product and manual from the product and manual conveyor belt into the carton. Common faults of the cartoning machine include misalignment of the equipment origin (zero) position, loosening of the drive chain tensioning device, push rod failure alarm, and failure of product and manual delivery to cause carton damage.
