Compensator principle of blister packaging machine for aluminum-plastic packaging machine
The four principles of the compensator of the flat blister packaging machine aluminum plastic packaging machine:
(1) The compensator drives the PVC to move back and forth through the motor to compensate for the shrinkage and elongation of the PVC caused by heat. The compensator includes a motor and a micro switch. The micro switch controls the motor to move forward or backward.
(2) In the case of long parking time, PVC will be affected by the heat of the heating device, resulting in a certain amount of shrinkage deformation, which will cause elongation deformation when restarted.
(3) When the compensator is adjusted, the motor is controlled by a micro switch. When the parking button is pressed, the motor drives the PVC to move toward the heat sealing station. When the running button is pressed, the motor moves in the opposite direction.
